Does anyone have pictures of a stream air nozzle and a DX Over Pressure nozzle? I bought a DX the other day and the nozzle was short but had exhaust holes drilled in it like the mistral nozzle. I didnt know if this was the original DX nozzle or a modified Stream Air.

The DX did not have any type of venturi nozzle. It had an small diameter green hose attached where the venturi nozzle would go on later models that ran inside the intake hose and attached to a unique and somewhat complicated metal mouthpiece. Very few complete original assemblies are around and most DX were either changed to a Stream Air or Mistral venturi nozzle by owners or dive shops and even some were changed at the factory and a Mistral sticker was put on the can above the DX label

Do you have a picture of the one you have?

Below - Left to right, original DX nozzle with hose, StreamAir Nozzle, Mistral Nozzle, Reproduction Mistral Nozzle.

Under the crimped fitting on a DX nozzle/hose, are barbs for the hose to attach to. As Bryan mentions, the DX parts are hens teeth. I have some brass stock to make a few some day.
