The scooter is a modified tekna. The outriggers held the small 5000psi tanks so you could breath off the scooters. I will post a few more picks tommorow. The real goodies are waiting for me in the warehouse. -Ryan

Ryan those are neat pictures.
That last housing is interesting.
I always found it interesting that they didn't use a waist strap. If I recall correctly, even in the regular hydrodynamic pack they use a crotch strap that attached directly to the chest housing.
