Underwater vibration

During my dives last weekend my Jet Air duckbill was really vibrating during exhalation so much so that the vibration was felt by my buddy. Do I have to adjust the length of Duckbill to get it to stop? Is this an inherent design flaw? I did not have any leakage back into the hose but did it vibrate. I may be a heavy breather but I did not think that much on exhalation. Sorry if I missed a link somewhere else. Any ideas welcomed. My buddy always thought I was full of hot air and he said this proved it!

Inspect rthe duckbill and make sure both slits are fully open. Make sure the duckbill is inserted fully into the horn. Make sure it is square to the cans, not canted or twisted. If this does not fix it then here is what you do. Get some Aqua Seal and put a small dab just behind the slit end and then adhere it to the can. It will stick there and should no longer vibrate.

Did all the above but the aquaseal. Should I use aqua seal or wetsuit cement? Have both on hand. Thanks for your time

Aqua-Seal or wetsuit cement will work fine.....I use super glue.
