Hi Argonaut Kraken Users!
ad "The replaceable and adjustable hard seat (volcano orifice) permits ultra-fine tuning".
How does the volcano orifice work? Turning the screw does not seem to effect easy breathing.
Although correct positioned but easier would be great.
Thanks for any input.

Adjusting the volcano orifice from any position other than the original is not a good idea. Here is a link to a PDF Luis wrote on the subject.

In most cases when a customer says the Kraken does not breathe easy enough it is due to improper placement on their back. Unless the regulator is close to your back and lower between your shoulder blades performance will be negatively effected. Below are several links from the Argonaut Kraken page in the website store. I ask that everyone read and understand them before purchasing a Kraken.

Big time ditto. This is true for any double hose regulator. They will simply not play nice with a BCD. A VDH back plate or a vintage style harness is the order of the day.
