Argonaut IP?

Wed Dec 02, 2015 7:26 pm

My Argonaut seems to be breathing OK but the IP is about 125 PSI according to an inflator hose attached IP gauge.
Is the ideal IP 135 +/- 5 PSI?
Please excuse my meager knowledge of such things, but if I adjust the IP up am I likely to mess up lever height or LP seat adjustment?

You can adjust the IP up to 135 without needing to re-adjust anything else. It will lower the cracking effort a bit. You may or may not actually notice the difference (without a Magnehelic gauge , or similar).

Despite the rumor, IP does not follow the old belief that if a little more is good then a lot more is better :)
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB
