From Steve Taylor in Melbourne

Bryan,

I thought you might like to know that three of your Kraken regulators were being used at the annual HDS Aus-Pac Rally. We had six safety divers monitoring the trainees and half had Krakens.

The Kraken diver in one of the pictures is John Stevens, from Melbourne.

Spent about an hour or so underwater, which was a great place to be considering it was 90 plus degrees out. Heading up to Myerstown PA this Friday to dive up at Willow Spring quarry. We have around 20 students getting OW, AOW, and Rescue. Weather looks to be very nice, cant wait to use the Kraken at the quarry. :D

Had a great time diving at the Quarry this weekend with my Kraken. It truly is a great regulator, and I get a lot of compliments and questions. We wound up certifying quite a few OW, AOW, and Rescue divers this weekend.

I thought i was only fitting to have some Kraken with my Kraken! :D

Diving the Kraken in the Chesapeake bay, looking for sharks teeth near Calvert Cliffs, and then back to a man made reef off of Tilghman Island Md. Found a great stash of huge oysters on the reef.. definitely will be coming back in the winter for to harvest a few. Vis was around 2 -3 feet, not bad considering its summer now. In winter vis can get 10-15, which for the bay is awesome. Not on video, but I did get a swim by from a nice 2 foot black drum, and then got swarmed by a school of rockfish/stripers. Very fun dive, and I love my Kraken.

Thanks for sharing the pictures and video. I only wish doing this would become epidemic with the other Argonaut Kraken owners....What folks may or may not realize, when you share an image on VDH and the picture has Argonaut or Kraken in the title it indexes it for web searches and puts more hits on the VDH website which is what I need.

This I didn't know. I have been doing A LOT of deep dives (90-132 ft.) here and the Kraken is my standard reg. for such things. I did 16 shore dives within 5 days here at the Red Sea and fully 60% of them were Kraken dives, the others were pure vintage. I will be dropping A LOT of pics of me and my Kraken on this page from now on!

No problem Bryan. I will be sure to post any pics and videos I have. I upload my videos to Vimeo, I can add some tags to the ones Im diving with my Kraken. It is a great reg and more people need to hear about it, and buy one!
