Maybe we should start a list of non-a-hole LDS's and Dive Operators as this appears to always pop up every couple of months or so. Here are a very few places that have no hassles dealing or attempting to help the vintage/double hose diver:
Aruba, the whole island.
Bay Islands of Honduras (never had problems)
Cayman Islands (pretty much everywhere never had problems)
Thailand (never had problems)
Philipines (never had problems)
Vietnam (never had problems)
Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and surrounding locales.(never had problems)
ASCUBA VENTURE, Corpus Christi, TX
Jubail, Saudi Arabia on the Persian Gulf
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Red Sea (never had problems)
Tabuk, Saudi Arabia near the Gulf of Aqaba (never had problems)
Sharm Al Shiek, Egypt (ALL) (never had problems)
Hurghada, Egypt (ALL)
MV Carpe Novo liveaboard Maldives, Indian Ocean
And my personal favorite, Copelands, Texas's Oldest Dive Shop, Corpus Christi, TX. They just tumbled and hydro'd my USN 1944 twin Walter Kidde 38cuf. tanks in Jan. 2018, when others said it couldn't be done. The previous hydro was last done in 1993.
