I am in one of them and I am OK with it.

I went to some print shops today and spoke with them at length. I have a shop that can make a beautiful and professional brochure. It will be printed--not produced by a copier or anything like that--it will be a real print process like a magazine.

I need the photos rendered and the entire file at 300 dpi.

I am not going to say the price yet becaue I am still working on that and also because --well---it's expensive. Quality costs. Depending on the numbers produced the price can run from almost one dollar per copy all the way down to 25 cents for the same product. We are going to have to make a big run to justify price and get me under the price break points. I am not rich. Donations, BTW, will be accepted.

Lisa, your work is great :D , I am happy with what I see there, once we get this settled--I am not going to make the actual run until in January. Christmas is a busy time for me and I have to go out of town also. If we have a product finalized very soon then we will be ready to go for a January/late January roll out.

NAVED Brochure Photos

Sat Dec 09, 2006 10:47 am

Amigos,

Well Lisa certainly has done a great job with the brochure! From the last Sand Dog Trip I was really happy with the photos produced.

I believe looking at the pics mine are #1,4,5,6,8,10,11,12,13, and 15. A testament to the vintage gang's "uber model" patience in posing for pics :)

I also have been delinquent in getting my own NAVED membership $$$$ and a photo of myself sent in, but will soon. Hope I qualify!

Maybe a Christmas present to myself LOL....

Looking forward to seeing the final piece!

I believe that is me in picture one standing in front of Karl, you have my permission.

Update, I am awaiting samples to review and I am also still researching other alternatives for printing. As of now all is on track for these to be completed for January if late January and mailed out to members.
