Vintage Double Hose

I unscrewed the diaphragm cover from my SE2 2nd stage and noticed that the 3" OD nylon washer between the cover and the diaphragm is damaged. This is called a "thrust washer" in the parts list, and looks to be an anti-friction washer so the cover won't grab the diaphragm when being screwed on.

Any ideas where I can buy a replacement washer, as I don't see any for sale here on VDH? Or maybe it's included with a replacement diaphragm?
