Conshelf Supreme XIV Leak

My Supreme seems to slowly leak out the environmental fluid. Nothing seems to stop this from happening including replacing all of the involved parts. I have come to be of the mind this is normal and that occasional serving of the environmental fluid is required? Any thoughts on this?
