Favorite Vintage Single Hose

Thu Sep 15, 2011 8:30 am

Vote for your favorite early single hose regulator. If you choose OTHER please post what it is. Not looking for a historical discussion,I don't care which one came 1st nor a rant and rave on the subject ...Just looking for data please.
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB

I voted other- Hydro Lung Supreme
I think you need a slot in there for Sportsways, they're almost tied for first with me.

I voted "other" as my current favorite is the Poseidon Cyklon 300. The conshelf is a close second and would win hands down for parts availability.

I love my Connies too. Problem is I love my MR-12's a bit more, and my 109 / Mk5s just as much as my Connies. Bryan this survey to tearing my heart apart!

And what about La Spirotechnique? These French Aqualungs are not exactly Connies, but they are bulletproof and perform as well as Connies.
Too DAAM Many double hoses, It's not a hobby, it's an addiction.

MR12-III
(but I voted "other" instead of "Voit/AMF"... so the numbers on the poll need correcting... sorry)
The older I get the better I was.

My old Water Gill FSDS 50.

But I must admit my DS4/TX50 is about the best I have ever used (and I have used just about all of them), it never breaks!
